Shipping & Order Processing Policy

At Runsoncloud, we believe fast, secure, and transparent shipping is just as important as the products we sell. That’s why we’ve built a reliable system to get your gear moving as quickly as possible—from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Order Processing Times

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) will begin processing the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • Please note: high-demand or custom items may require additional processing time. If your order is delayed, we’ll notify you by email.

Shipping Origin & Carriers

Most items ship from our main facility.
Some larger or specialized products may ship directly from a manufacturer partner.

We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping

  • $7.99 flat rate on orders under $75

  • FREE for orders $75+ (continental U.S. only)

  • Delivered via USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground, or FedEx Home Delivery

  • Estimated delivery: 8–14 business days depending on location

Express Shipping

  • 2–3 business day delivery via UPS 2nd Day Air or USPS Priority

  • Rates vary by weight & destination (calculated at checkout)

  • Not available for P.O. Boxes

Next Business Day Shipping

  • UPS Next Day Air available for most in-stock items

  • Orders must be placed before 12 PM EST for same-day shipping

  • Weekend delivery unavailable

  • Rates shown at checkout

International Shipping

  • Currently unavailable. We ship only within the United States & U.S. Territories.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
You can check your order status anytime through your Runsoncloud account or directly on the carrier’s website.

Weather Delays

Extreme weather conditions may cause unexpected shipping delays beyond our control. We’ll keep you informed if disruptions occur, and we thank you for your patience.

Important Shipping Notes

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes with expedited or overnight services.

  • For security, a signature may be required on high-value orders.

  • Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses may take longer and incur additional costs depending on size/weight. Charges will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Exceptions

Some items may not qualify for free or flat-rate shipping due to size, weight, or brand restrictions (e.g., recovery gear, large boxed fitness equipment, shoe care kits). Actual charges will be shown in your cart before checkout.
